The committee of Thornbury Carnival CIC would like to thank you for supporting the 2021 event.  After such a challenging year and in running this reasonably large event so soon after the anticipated lifting of the final Covid-19 Lockdown restrictions, we’re hoping that our supporters will understand the need for us to ensure our Terms and Conditions are complied with.

We really want you to have a great time at the event but this year, it’s more important than ever that there are some rules and requirements that ensure we have a safe and regulatory compliant event.  We request that you review the Terms and Conditions below, as purchasing a ticket confirms your agreement to abide by them.  Thank you and we look forward to welcoming you!
