What to Bring

Are tables and chairs provided?

Please bring your own camping chairs as we’ve decided not to provide tables and chairs in front of the main stage this year. This has cost nearly £2,000 in previous years but because we noticed the majority of people bring their own camping chairs, we felt this was an area where we could reduce costs and it has enabled us to hold ticket prices at the 2023 level.

Can I bring a picnic?

Yes, you’re very welcome to bring your own food onto the Mundy Playing Fields but, for safety reasons, please do not bring glass or knives on to the site. Thornbury Town Council and the Police require us to search bags on entry and any prohibited items will be confiscated.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

No, ticketholders are not permitted to bring alcohol onto the Mundy Playing Fields site. Thornbury Town Council and the Police require us to search bags on entry and any alcohol will be confiscated.

Can I bring a disposable barbeque?

No, barbeques are not permitted on site as they are a potential fire hazard. Thornbury Town Council and the Police require us to search bags on entry and any barbeques will be confiscated.

Can I bring a gazebo?

No, marquees are not permitted on site as they are a potential hazard if not properly secured. Thornbury Town Council and the Police require us to search bags on entry and any marquees will be confiscated. Small shade tents may be used but these must be properly secured and should not be placed where they might block access or cause a nuisance to other ticketholders.

Can I bring my dog?

Friendly dogs are very welcome but must be kept on a lead and under control at all times. Owners are required to dispose of dog faeces in the usual park bins rather than in the temporary event bins.
