Show ‘n’ Shine Bookings – Terms & Conditions (2025)
Entry Conditions
Participation is at the organiser’s discretion. If your vehicle is deemed unsuitable post-booking, the registration will be cancelled. If you would like to check whether your vehicle is suitable before registering please email show-n-shine@thornburycarnival.co.uk.
Timings
Thornbury Carnival ‘The Main Event’ will take place on the Mundy Playing Fields, Thornbury, South Gloucestershire on Saturday 5th July 2025. Show ‘n’ Shine entrants (hereinafter referred to as “entrants”) must adhere to the following timings:
- Entrants will be able to access the site via via Wellfield Lane just off Kington Lane, BS35 1NA from 10.00am.
- Entrants’ vehicles should be parked in the designated Show ‘n’ Shine area by 11.00am.
- Entrants’ vehicles are expected to remain in the Show ‘n’ Shine area until 5.00pm.
Vehicle Movement
All vehicles should adhere to the on-site speed limit of 5mph. Hazard lights should not be used on-site; please use indicators as normal.
Vehicle movement is strictly prohibited until 5.00pm. When leaving the site, the designated exit route must be adhered to at all times so please follow the directions of the stewards who are there to help you leave the site.
Driver & Passenger Entry
Each vehicle registered includes entry for the driver and one passenger. The passenger can be an adult aged 17+ or a child aged 5-16; children aged 0-4 are free of charge. Any additional passengers must purchase a separate ticket. Please see our Saturday Tickets webpage for further details.
Marketing & Social Media
We would like to be able to promote your attendance at the event so if you have photos on your website or social media, please provide permission for us to use them during the online booking process.
