Stallholders Application Form

You should be using this form if you are applying to have a non-catering stall on the Mundy Playing Fields.

Before starting to fill in the form, please make sure you have the relevant insurance documents and hygiene certificates as you will be asked to upload them as part of this process. You will be required to pay via Paypal at the end of the form – if you don’t have a Paypal account you can pay directly by debit or credit card.

The deadline for stallholder applications for the July 2022 event is 23.00hrs on Sunday 19th June.
