Our Stalls Co-ordinator will be in touch with all stallholders booked for the 2020 event but, if you need to contact us, please email stalls@thornburycarnival.co.uk.

As a local, family-focused event we particularly welcome applications from stallholders selling food products, crafts, fashion, toys and children’s products, jewellery and accessories, pet supplies etc. – particularly items locally sourced or made. We are keen to support our local traders and provide an opportunity for you to engage with your customers and the local community and promote your business, charity, or organisation.

Stall applications can be made using the button below, where you will also find all the information you need to take part, book a pitch, order power (if required) and pay online.

Stalls selling food products will require a current Hygiene Rating Certificate and all stallholders require Third Party Liability Insurance. You will need to upload these in the application process.
