Information for Stallholders
We are now taking stall bookings for our 2023 event!
As a local, family-focused event we particularly welcome applications from stallholders selling food products, crafts, fashion, toys and children’s products, jewellery and accessories, pet supplies, etc. – particularly items locally sourced or made*. We are keen to support our local traders and provide an opportunity for you to engage with your customers and the local community, and to promote your business, charity, or organisation.
Pitch prices for Thornbury Carnival ‘The Main Event’ include a fully-erected and secured gazebo:

Please read our Terms & Conditions before booking your pitch. Pitch bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis.
The deadline for pitch bookings is Tuesday 27th June.
*Participation is at the organiser’s discretion. Stalls may not sell hot food or alcohol products for consumption at the event. All stallholders require Third Party Liability Insurance. Stalls selling food products will also require a current Hygiene Rating Certificate. If your products are deemed unsuitable post-booking, the pitch booking price will be refunded minus the booking fee.
